Are there any animes that are ecchi but non harem?
Kill La Kill
First anime that comes to mind.
There’s NO harem here. The anime nails it with the Ecchi and makes a mockery out of it, while not taking itself too seriously.
Plus, there’s the action element that makes Kill La Kill one of the smoothest looking anime with some sick fight scenes and battle animation.
Really good characters as well. It’s a legend in its own right.

Sankarea: Undying Love
Sankarea is a romance/ecchi with zombie themes/horror, and the supernatural.
Chihiro (the MC) isn’t into normal girls and wants a “zombie chick”, and he’ll do anything to make it happen.
It’s a series that might strike you as odd, but it’s pretty legit.
It’s in desperate need of a 2nd season.
More to the point, though – there’s no sign of “harem” here.
Or at least it’s so irrelevant it never sways to what you’re used to seeing when there’s harem.
It stays on track, mostly.
