When will fanservice in anime be more accepted?

Table of Contents

It already IS accepted. A good portion of anime fans enjoy it.

I mean, all you’ve got to do is look at the Ecchi genre and see proof of it.

And it goes beyond Ecchi anime.

You can find fan service in normal genres like comedy, Shonen, supernatural and more.

Now, of course, the usual thing is people who HATE fanservice scream the loudest, so that’s what people latch on to and pay attention to.

I’m talking about people outside the anime community, or hardcore feminists within the community as opposed to anime fans who dislike fanservice in general (they don’t outrage, they’re sensible).

Negativity spreads faster than the opposite with rationality and logic. So that’s how it appears to be.

It’s not so much that fanservice is annoying; it’s more that it’s annoying when it’s out of context.

Anime fans put their money where their mouth is, regardless, and that’s why fan service still exists and continues to sell. Everything else, like people who hate it and cry, may not accept it, but it doesn’t matter.

Money talks. And the money shows it’s more than welcome.
